Robert E. Judge, PC is a leading commercial litigation firm founded in Brooklyn, New York in 1996.
We are a boutique law firm that handles only a select group of creditors in order to properly tailor to the needs of our clients. We do not represent large banks and credit card companies where we would be forced to sacrifice oversight of the claims referred due to the sheer volume of claims referred by those organizations.
Among the select group of organizations represented, our firm has developed a strong niche in enforcing Landlord’s rights to post vacancy rental arrears and consequential damages associated with a tenancy breach. Our client’s range from three of the largest six landlords in NYC as compiled by “The Real Deal” news publication to smaller, family run organizations. We locate assets to enforce Housing Court Judgements and commence litigation on matters where a judgement was not previously obtained.
We work on a strict contingency fee basis so our clients are not paying any legal fees unless we are successful in recouping their bad debt.
