Letters are forwarded to the debtors in compliance with Federal and Local Laws.
Pleadings are drafted, filed and served in order to commence a lawsuit.
Our attorneys appear for Court conferences, motions and ultimately, trials.
Once judgment is entered, our judgment enforcement team searches for assets, issues subpoenas and commences enforcement proceedings with the City Marshal or Sheriff.
